BREAKFAST: Mango Berry Smoothie

We are always looking for different ingredients for our smoothies.  We were out of orange juice this week so we made Trader Joe’s Watermelon Cucumber Cooler the star! And the results were delicious! While we enjoy orange juice in our smoothies, they are quite acidic. The watermelon cucumber cooler is much more refreshing. Perfect for summer!

Pour your smoothie into a Ball Mason Jar and you have an adorable summer beverage!

Ingredients:

Banana, 1 ripe

Spinach, handful

Frozen Mixed Berries, 1 cup

Frozen Mango, 1 cup

Trader Joe’s Watermelon Juice

Navitas Chia Seeds, 2 teaspoons

Directions:

  1. Pour the liquid into the blender first.
  2. Then the frozen fruit.
  3. Then the greens and chia seeds.
  4. Pulse until smooth.
  5. Drink immediately!
