Whole Wheat Coconut Flour Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

WHO IS EXCITED FOR FRIDAY?! It is only 4 days away!

In honor of jeans day I try to bring in a tasty snack to the office once a month. This month it was some new banana chocolate chip muffins. I was at Trader Joe’s doing my grocery shopping and I saw coconut flour. I decided to try it. ย The results were delicious. Hope you enjoy these as much as my co-workers did!
