I am kind of obsessed with this Chef’n ® Emulstir ™ Salad Dressing Mixer. See photos above and below. It mixes everything so nicely, opens at the top, and it fits in the fridge! Working to upload a video of how it works shortly!
I am a lover of all things CITRUS. Oranges, lemons, limes are all in my wheelhouse. When I dress a salad I want a pop of acid! For our weekly ladies Bachelor viewing I cooked up some Skillet Roasted Garlic Chicken with Herbs of Provence and a side salad. My salad included many of my favorite things: artichoke hearts, toasted pumpkin seeds, sliced marinated green olives, diced green apple and sliced hearts of palm. I needed a dressing to bring it all together. I made a simple lemon vinaigrette pretty quickly and it married everything nicely!
Ingredients:
Lemon, juice of 1
Apple Cider Vinegar, 1/4 cup
Garlic Powder, 1/2 teaspoon
Sea Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1/2 cup
Directions:
- Juice the lemon into a small bowl. Add the apple cider vinegar, sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Drizzle the olive oil into the bowl slowly while whisking everything together until combined. Taste for seasoning and add more if needed.
- Once fully combined I pour the dressing into my Chef’n ® Emulstir ™ Salad Dressing Mixer and serve. The dressing keeps for much longer and there is a mixer within it!
