Our Lollipop Baby Monitor

Since moving Nathan from our room to his nursery a few months ago, we have been using a basic baby monitor. It is stationary and doesn’t have an app. Initially it worked for us but, as time has gone on, E and I grew frustrated with always having to remember to bring the baby monitor screen out to the living room or dining room.

About a month ago, I discovered the Lollipop smart baby monitor through Mary, a fellow mama and blogger on Instagram. I loved the sleek design and its smart capabilities. I knew we HAD to get one. When our Lollipop baby monitor arrived I was so excited! I couldn’t wait to install it. Thankfully, the installation process is very easy. I had it up and running in less than 10 minutes. All you have to do is attach the Lollipop to your baby’s crib, download the app, plug in the monitor and connect it to your Wifi and Bluetooth.ย ALL DONE! The Lollipop has made our lives so much easier! It is so nice to be able to check on Nathan from the app on our phones at any time. Scroll down to see a photo of the app. The live video feed quality is so much better than our previous monitor. Now we can actually see everything that is going on in Nathan’s crib!

One of my favorite things about theย Lollipop baby monitorย is that it recognizes ambient noise in a room. This means it can tell the difference between wind and Nathan crying. Anytime there is a loud noise coming from the nursery, the Lollipop videotapes it and saves the event. Last week, Nathan figured out one morning that we were watching him and was staring and talking right into the Lollipop. I was so happy to find the video saved within the Lollipop app! Scroll down to watch. It is adorable!

We really LOVE our Lollipop baby monitor and would HIGHLY recommend it to any new parents out there!

Thank you Lollipop for partnering on this post.
