First, I wanted to say thank you for all of you who reached out over the last couple of days in support of my post about our infertility journey. It means so much to me to share and be a voice for those who are going through similar experiences now. If you ever need someone to talk to or ask questions, don’t hesitate to reach out via email or DM!
As I inch closer and closer to my due date, I find myself wearing the more comfortable maternity pieces in my closet. The underbelly maternity jeans that I once lived in during my second trimester are now a thing of the past. Unfortunately, they are just too constricting. Sad face.
Instead, I have been LIVING in these over the belly Frame jeans that Destination Maternity sent over, with this Splendid maternity sweatshirt. Destination Maternity always has such a great selection of designer maternity pieces at reasonable prices. I had been wanting to try Frame denim, so this was so perfect! Their maternity jeans fit so well and aren’t too tight around the belly. Once the baby is born, I will have to try their non-maternity denim!
I have always loved Splendid for basics. I didn’t realize that they had a maternity line until just a few months ago. I wish I had known sooner! This sweatshirt is so cute, comfy, and warm. I would wear it 24/7 if that weren’t kind of gross. It is one of the many pieces that I have purchased during this pregnancy that I will definitely be wearing postpartum.
Just after Thanksgiving, Naturalizer sent over a few pair of shoes and boots for me to style with my winter outfits. This pair of boots has been getting a lot of wear. My jeans tuck so nicely into them, and they are actually WAAAAAY more comfortable than they look. I have worn them all day to work or just out and about without any complaining. A rarity for someone who, I might add, has really bad knees.
If you are looking to add a little edge to your maternity wardrobe, I recommend that you head out to your local Destination Maternity store STAT! These jeans are CALLING YOUR NAME!!!!
Thank you Destination Maternity for partnering on this post.
