Last week, when I was at Target shopping for an ugly holiday sweater (click HERE to see which one I selected), I saw this metallic dress and it was calling my name. I wasn’t really planning on staying at Target for very long. It was 9:00PM after all. It was supposed to be a quick trip. Once I saw the dress, though, I knew I had to try it on. I am SO THANKFUL that I did. It was PERFECTION. And it was on MAJOR sale! I love how it is cinched in at the waist and flares out. It is fun to twirl in. I may have twirled a little TOO much with Lauren when we shot this outfit. The sleeves are also slightly sheer, which really adds something a little extra to the dress.
I wore this whole outfit, head to toe, this past weekend to my office holiday party, though it would be perfect for a fun date night or for New Years Eve! I got so many compliments. I paired the dress with my black silk knotted headband (I now own it in 5 colors #OBSESSED), my knotted kitten heeled mules (they are currently ON SALE), and my favorite wallet on a chain.
