We had our first fall-ish day this weekend, and it was actually kind of nice. While I am in no rush for summer to end and for fall to begin (I LIVE FOR SUMMER), I did relish the opportunity to wear jeans again.
I added a pair of Spanx denim to my ever-growing denim collection earlier this year, and they are AMAZING. They suck you in in all of the right places, and are incredibly flattering. I am looking forward to wearing my Spanx denim again as the weather changes. You can wear them now with sandals, or later with sneakers, booties, and/or tall boots. They are so versatile! Spanx are lighter weight then traditional denim, so you could definitely get away with wearing them throughout these last days of summer.
I paired them here with a striped sweater (sold out, similar options linked below) and my Golden Goose sneakers. At the beginning of the year I treated myself to a pair of Golden Goose sneakers, and I have been wearing them NON STOP. I basically alternate between my Goose sneakers and my Beatrice Valenzuela Nude Sandalias. I made sure to pick one of their more neutral shoes so I could wear them with everything. Each time I wear them, they break in a little more and become one with my feet. They truly get better with age. I highly recommend them!
