This holiday season, more than ever, it is important to shop small if you can. So many small businesses are struggling due to the pandemic. While I cannot say that I have done all of my holiday shopping at small shops, I can say that I have made a concerted effort to spend more of my money locally. I wanted to share a few of my favorite small shops, in New Jersey and beyond!

Kids
Merci Milo – One of my absolute favorite kids toy stores. They are actually based out in Los Angeles. They always have such new and interesting toys! I also love how the owner is always looking for ways to give back to the local community and beyond.
Murray & Finn (NJ) – Erica, the owner, is the sweetest human and her shop is ADORABLE! She also launched her own line of kids clothing called eadaie, that is so cute! Nora LIVES in everything from them!
Max & Luna (NJ) – A new shop that JUST opened in Cranford, NJ. I follow them on Instagram, and they have so many cute things. I am popping over there this week to pick up a few items for the kiddos!
Toy Division (NJ) – Located in Maplewood, NJ. We stopped in this past weekend with the kiddos. Nathan picked out a new Tegu magnetic block set, and I picked up a few gifts for Nora for Chanukah. They will even gift wrap your gifts for you for FREE!

Sadie James Boutique (NJ) – Located in Fair Haven, NJ. You know I love Chelsea (see HERE) and everything in her shop. I just picked up a bunch of new clothing for fall, including the sweater, jeans, and bracelet you see in the photo below. The Gibson Collective (NJ) – I was introduced to The Gibson Collective by Chelsea from Sadie James. I bought one of their bracelets at Sadie James and I have been living in it ever since. The Pretty Pink Rooster Boutique (NJ) – The CUTEST shop in Bernardsville, NJ. They always have an amazing selection of gifts. I actually bought a few Mother’s Day gifts from here back in May, and they wrapped them up and shipped them all out for me!
Little Words Project (NJ) – LOVE these bracelets. I have purchased several as gifts over the last couple months, and they were a BIG HIT! They are always coming out with new designs and sayings. I have my eyes on this BREATHE bracelet.

The House of Noa – You know I LOVE the House of Noa. We have their play mats, kitchen mats and, most recently, we added their placemats! Liz has solved ALL of our mat issues! I can’t wait to see what she comes up with next!
Meus (NJ) – Located in Maplewood, NJ. Meus has become my go-to shop for interesting gifts. I recently sent one of their curated care packages to a friend and they loved it!

Laurel Creative (NJ) – Lauren is not only an amazing photographer, but an AWESOME human being. She is also an honorary auntie to my kids. 90% of the photos on the blog and my social media are taken by Lauren. I am not sure what I would do without her! If you are looking to take some socially distanced family photos, definitely reach out to Lauren.
New Moon Photography (NJ) – New Moon Photography has been photographing my kiddos since they were newborns. They are our go-to photo studio. They make taking newborn photos and cake smash photos EASY PEASY. They also take a killer holiday photo. We took our holiday card photos in September with Nina! I cannot wait to share them with you soon!
