365 Days of Nathan with Chatbooks and Tinybeans

One of the best pieces of advice that I received before having Nathan was to sign up for Tinybeans!

A friend explained that Tinybeans is an app where you could post a photo a day of your child, and your family members and friends could sign up to receive daily emails of the photos. It seemed like an easy and controlled way to share photos of Nathan, and Tinybeans is FREE to use, so I thought why not try it? I am SO HAPPY I did. Everyone LOVES receiving their daily Nathan photos. In fact, if by chance I forget to upload a photo of the day, I usually get a text (or three) asking why there was no “Tinybeans” today!

Within a week of Nathan’s birth I decided that I wanted to use the daily Tinybeans photos and compile them into a book entitled “365 Days of Nathan” to document his first year of life. After A LOT of internet research, I found that the easiest and most inexpensive way to do this would be through a Chatbooks seriesChatbooks has the CUTEST cover options. Right around when Nathan was born, Chatbooks partnered with Rifle Paper Co. and they had these beautiful floral covers available. I went back through my photos and favorited the Tinybeans photo of the day, and then linked that favorites album to Chatbooks. Every time I hit 60 photos, a new book would print and ship to my house!

I have compiled 15 books over the course of Nathan’s first year, and they are so sweet. I bought this Chatbooks basket to store all of the books. They look so cute and organized in the basket. I love being able to look back through them and reflect on how much he has grown. It is so crazy!

If you are looking for a fun, creative way to document your child’s life, I HIGHLY recommend using Tinybeans and Chatbooks. You don’t have to do a series. You can create individual photo books as you go. The books start at $10 each. Click HERE for $10 off your first Chatbooks order!

**This post is NOT sponsored by Tinybeans or Chatbooks. I just LOVE both so much and I wanted to spread the word!

***Chatbooks reached out after this post and offered a free book to What’s For Dinner Esq. readers using the code WHATSFORDINNERESQ (from now through October 21, 2018)!!!

  • I love tinybeans! I’ve been using it for 4 years now since my oldest was a newborn. How did you share your tinybeans album with chatbooks? Was it a simple process? I’d love to print some books but am not seeing how to share directly to chatbooks.

    • So unfortunately there is no way to link the two. What I did was create a favorites album on my iPhone of all of the Tinybeans photos and linked that to Chatbooks. Each time I hit 60 new photos, a new book would print! If you use the code WHATSFORDINNERESQ you will get a free book!

      • Thanks for responding! My photos aren’t all on my phone, I was hoping for a really simple solution to print them. Chat books might still be my answer…
