Kids Shoe Shopping with Fields Footwear

Are you looking for a new pair of shoes for your little one? Well, look no further! You MUST try out Fields Footwear! I was introduced to the brand and the creators at the NJ Baby Expo last November. I was intrigued by their clear sole concept. Scroll down to see a photo! Their shoes are just so different then anything I have seen on the market.

Fields Footwear was created by Jonathan Schofield, a podiatrist and pedorthist, and Laura Santos, a pediatrician. They wanted to create a flexible children’s shoe that was as close to barefoot as possible.

When Fields Footwear offered to send a pair of shoes for Nathan to try out, I was so excited! They have so many cute designs. I was overwhelmed by the choices! I picked the Valencia Velco Brogue Boot because he needed a pair of nicer shoes for synagogue and special events. As a hard rule, I don’t EVER buy shoes for Nathan with laces. He would never sit long enough for me to tie them! He looks like such a little man in the boots!

I love that I can see Nathan’s feet through the bottom of the shoe. It will make it easy to see when the boots are getting too small and it is time for a new pair. I have my eye on the Barcelona Sneakers for Nathan, and the Santiago T-Bar for Nora for summer!

Thank you Fields Footwear for partnering on this post.
