Over the holidays, I won a giveaway hosted by one of my favorite bloggers, Samantha Wennerstrom of Could I Have That, for a rather large Jenni Kayne gift card. Samantha LIVES in Jenni Kayne. I had been a long time follower of Jenni Kayne, but I had never purchased anything from them before.
I had been eyeing a pair of Jenni Kayne mules for a long time, so this win was VERY exciting! I used the gift card to purchase a pair of their shearling mules and a sweater coat. Two neutral pieces that I knew I could (and would) wear for years to come! When I purchase a pricer item, I make sure to buy it in a neutral color so I can wear it many different ways, and so it never goes out of style.
I have basically been LIVING in both pieces since they arrived. They are both SO SOFT and COMFORTABLE. I now understand why people are Jenni Kayne obsessed. Ever since I tried these pieces on for the first time, I have been plotting my next Jenni Kayne purchase! I think a cocoon cardigan is calling my name…
While these photos were taken a few months ago, before quarantine, the way I styled both pieces here is the way I currently style them while working from home. I wear them both with jeans and a tee shirt (or sweatshirt). I have honestly even worn them with leggings and sweatpants. They are the perfect cozy pieces to add to your wardrobe, and they would both make for really special Mother’s Day gifts!
