I know what you must be thinking… What is with this lady and themed holiday kids’ pajamas?! Also…isn’t it a little early to be thinking about Chanukah? It is only October, right?
Well…yes, it is a wee bit early. BUT, I have a very good reason for it! The VERY IMPORTANT reason I am posting about Chanukah NOW is because brands have JUST released their Chanukah pajamas, and they sell out SO QUICKLY! I snagged some from Little Sleepies for Nathan and Nora this week.

I love to give these pajamas to the kiddos on December 1st so they can wear them all month long in anticipation and celebration of the holiday. Chanukah will definitely look a little different this year, due to COVID. While the kiddos won’t be able to spend Chanukah with our extended family, they will get to wear their new Chanukah pajamas, play dreidel, do lots of Chanukah themed arts and crafts (thank you Oriental Trading), read all of our favorite Chanukah kids books, and eat ALL of the Chanukah gelt and sufganiyot (Krispy Kreme Jelly Donuts ALL THE WAY) ALL MONTH LONG!
My kids actually love to wear their themed holiday jammies all year round. Nathan is constantly asking for his Chanukah and Halloween pajamas from last year. Unfortunately, they don’t fit him anymore, but Nora has benefitted from the hand me downs!
